Crispy Onion Baked Potatoes
Ingredients:
4 cans of potatoes (or 4-6 baking potatoes)
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup onion soup mix
1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed (or 2 tsp. garlic powder)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350.
2. Cut potatoes into bite size pieces and place in pan.
3. Pour remaining ingredients over potatoes and mix very well.

4. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Raise temperature to 400 and cook an additional 15-20 minutes for extra crispiness.
Yay for one dish recipes that are easy and delicious. Enjoy!

That looks delicious (and I love the idea of using the canned potatoes; I think the peeling of the potato is the worst task in the world. Okay, second worst. #1 is laundry!)
